QDo you provide samples? Is it free?
Samples are provided before the start of a new project so that we can ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product. Samples are charged because they are more costly.
QHow long is the service life of the pallet racking deck?
The service life varies depending on the using environment and the weight you load on it. Generally, it can be used for 3 to 5 years under proper use, but there are many cases where it is used over/less than this period.
QWhat happens in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect, and would either refund or reship good products to you.
