What types of racking do you manufacture?
Selective pallet racking, heavy duty racks, drive-in racking, cantilever and arm racking, pipe and tyre racking, longspan, bolt-free and slotted angle shelving, supermarket shelving, rack supported and fabricated mezzanine floors, GI decking and gratings, plus column guards and safety barriers.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Floor plan or site dimensions, clear height, pallet or carton size and weight, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs and expected throughput. Our engineers turn this into a CAD layout and load-based proposal.
Do you supply buyers outside the UAE?
Yes. Overseas buyers and contractors are welcome to enquire. We can supply knocked-down components with protective packaging and layout drawings from Ajman Free Zone; shipping terms and site support are agreed per project.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Our own installation crews handle delivery, assembly, anchoring and alignment checks, followed by handover, operational guidance, inspections and maintenance support.
How do you make racking systems safe?
Designs are based on your actual loads and equipment, components are checked during fabrication, and sites can be fitted with load signage, column guards, end-of-aisle barriers and periodic rack inspections.
What is the typical lead time?
It depends on system type, quantity and finish. Because production is fully in-house, we schedule manufacturing directly and confirm a delivery date with every quotation.
