What steel thicknesses and finishes are available?
Uprights are manufactured from 1.4mm to 2.5mm cold-rolled prime steel. Shelves range from 0.7mm up to 1.5mm. We provide oven-baked epoxy-polyester powder coating (standard in industrial grey, blue, and safety orange) as well as hot-dip galvanization for corrosive environments.
How is the load capacity calculated for each shelf level?
Load ratings are based on Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). Standard levels support 150 kg to 300 kg. By adding roll-formed bottom hat-stiffeners and utilizing heavy-duty corner plates, capacities can be engineered up to 1,200 kg per shelf level.
Can this shelving be packaged for containerized international export?
Yes. We regularly supply overseas contractors and industrial distributors. Components are bundled into compact, protective knocked-down packs with strapped steel banding, corner protectors, and moisture barriers to ensure pristine arrival.
Is customized fabrication possible for non-standard space dimensions?
